Klostergården Tautra – a place for food, drink, and accommodation, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship in a unique location in the heart of the Trondheim Fjord.
Velkommen!
At Klostergården you can enjoy both lunch and dinner based on family recipes and local food.
You sleep in comfortable beds with a fantastic view of the fjord.
You can enjoy local beer from our own brewery!
In the farm shop, we sell our own products, local items from Frosta and other places in Trøndelag, and a multitude of other goods from both domestic and international sources.
You’ll find brands like Koustrup&Co, Bloomingville, Affari of Sweden, IB Laursen, and Filipiniana, to name a few.
The old farm building "The Barn" has been restored and is popular as a charming venue for various types of celebrations and meetings. Here, we can accommodate up to 70 guests.

Local goods and great food and drink. Surrounded by birds of all kinds, sheep, historic monastery ruins and lush landscapes. You really can relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
